Friendly and Honest

Technician came out to my house within an hour of calling and he was very friendly and honest. I was expecting to have to replace the whole unit or have a salesman try to have me “upgrade” to a newer unit but Mr Jeff was quick to diagnose and correct the problem at a reasonable cost.
