Technician came out to my house within an hour of calling and he was very friendly and honest. I was expecting to have to replace the whole unit or have a salesman try to have me “upgrade” to a newer unit but Mr Jeff was quick to diagnose and correct the problem at a reasonable cost.

We called Ace on a Sunday. Several hours later a serviceman arrived, inspected the air conditioner, and got it working. The serviceman was quite knowledgeable. Excellent service!

Jace went out of his way to get my air conditioner repaired so that my home would be comfortable for the weekend. He was extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend ACE as a company and Jace as a technician. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received.
